Alo Travels Planning Services Agreement

1. Scope of Services

Alo Travels, an independent partner with Fora Travel ("Agency"), agrees to provide customized travel planning services, which may include but are not limited to:

• Researching destinations, accommodations, and activities
• Developing a personalized itinerary tailored to the Client's preferences
• Coordinating bookings for transportation, lodging, tours, and other travel services
• Offering ongoing support and recommendations throughout the planning process

2. Planning Fee & Payment Authorization

The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Agency provides expert travel planning services, investing significant time, expertise, and resources in the development of a detailed itinerary.

The Client further understands and agrees that:

• The planning fee of $400 covers consultation, research, itinerary creation, and coordination services.
• The planning fee will only be charged if the Client chooses not to proceed with booking or completing the trip as outlined in the itinerary.
• The Client agrees to keep a credit card on file and authorizes the Agency to charge the credit card on file for the full planning fee amount upon enforcement of this Agreement. (a separate secure link will be sent to collect and store payment details)

3. Limitation of Liability

The Agency shall not be liable for any unforeseen travel disruptions, including but not limited to cancellations, weather-related issues, vendor availability, or personal circumstances affecting travel plans. The Client assumes full responsibility for verifying travel requirements, such as passport validity and visa requirements.
