Not at all! We book short hotel stays all the time. Whether you are planning a quick work trip, a spontaneous night away, a long weekend, or a multi-week adventure, we would love to help! Even the simplest hotel booking comes with value when you book through us. You still receive VIP treatment, preferred rates, upgrades when available, daily breakfast, resort credits, and personalized notes to the hotel team before you arrive.

If you are booking hotel stays on your own, you are almost always leaving value on the table. We offer different levels of service depending on the type of trip. For shorter stays, we handle your hotel reservations and make sure everything is set up perfectly. For more complex itineraries, our full itinerary planning service is our most white glove offering. No matter the length of your trip, we make it feel effortless and elevated.

We start with the basics like your travel dates, budget, and interests, but there is so much more that goes into the Alo Travels approach to custom planning. We want to understand the little things that make a trip feel perfect for you. What do you need in a hotel gym to feel your best while you are away from home? We also look closely at who you are traveling with so we can shape the trip around everyone's needs. If you have a baby, tell us their nap schedule so we can build the day around it. You can absolutely have beautiful, enriching vacations with kids, grandparents, friends, or anyone with specific travel preferences. We design itineraries and prepare you with helpful insights so you feel confident, relaxed, and set up for success no matter what kind of trip you are taking.

Most of the time, yes! As long as you did not book with points or a hotel loyalty redemption, there is a good chance we can still add our perks to your stay. All you need to do is forward your hotel confirmation to us with a quick note asking if we can take it over. We will reach out to the hotel and see if they will switch the booking to Alo Travels as the agent of record. If they allow it, nothing about your rate changes and there is no added cost to you. You simply receive the VIP treatment, upgrades when available, breakfast, credits, and all the benefits that come with booking through us.

We totally get the appeal of credit card travel portals, and we know that many of them offer the same perks that we do. But at the end of the day, they function like a fancy online booking site. Your reservation becomes one of hundreds, and to the hotel you are mostly just a number.

In most cases, we can price match! If you find a lower rate, we kindly ask that you verify the following:

• The travel dates are identical.
• The room rate includes all taxes and applicable fees (all Alo Travels quotes are inclusive of taxes and fees).
• The cancellation policy matches exactly.

If all three criteria are met, I'm happy to request a price match.

Hotel pricing is dynamic and constantly changing. All quotes are based on the Best Available Rate (BAR) for travel advisors at the time of inquiry. Availability and rates can fluctuate at any moment (even within hours) due to demand, promotions, or hotel inventory changes. Unfortunately, Alo Travels cannot guarantee room availability or pricing until the booking is confirmed.

I love points, too! However, I cannot book your trip using points. That said, I highly recommend using your points for premium flights for business or First class. There's nothing better than arriving at your vacation in style!

We can certainly arrange vacation rentals and apartments through our network of trusted travel suppliers. However, direct bookings on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO fall outside of our scope.
