  • Service Fees: Planning fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • We will work to secure the best possible outcome in case of cancellations
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking travel
  • Review and respond to proposals within 48 hours to secure pricing and availability
  • Ensure valid passports (6+ months validity) and necessary visas
  • Maintain travel insurance coverage
  • Communicate all trip-related matters in writing via email

Limitation of Liability

Alo Travels acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for:

  • Acts of suppliers, including hotels, airlines, and other service providers
  • Travel delays, cancellations, or changes made by suppliers
  • Personal injury, property damage, or loss during travel
  • Force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Alo Travels and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
