By accessing or using the Alo Travels website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

 

Services

Alo Travels provides customized travel planning and advisory services, including itinerary design, accommodations, transportation coordination, and curated travel experiences. All services are personalized and subject to a separate Travel Planning Services Agreement provided prior to the start of planning.

 

Bookings & Payments

Travel bookings are made through third-party suppliers, including hotels, airlines, and tour operators.

  • Payment requirements, including deposits and final balances, are determined by each supplier
  • All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier
  • Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and destination. Alo Travels will assist in coordinating changes or cancellations where possible; however, all refunds, penalties, and credits are subject to the terms of the travel supplier. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen changes.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete travel information
  • Reviewing all travel documents and confirmations
  • Ensuring valid passports, visas, and required documentation
  • Understanding entry requirements for all destinations

Failure to meet travel requirements may result in additional costs or disruption, for which Alo Travels is not responsible.

 

Limitation of Liability

Alo Travels acts solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers. We are not responsible for:

  • Acts, errors, or omissions of travel suppliers
  • Travel delays, cancellations, or changes
  • Personal injury, property damage, or loss during travel
  • Force majeure events, including weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, and images, is the property of Alo Travels and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

 

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the States of Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.

Booking and Payments

  • Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your travel arrangements.
  • Final Payment: Full payment is typically due 60-90 days before travel, depending on the supplier.
  • Supplier Terms: All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
  • Service Fees: Planning fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by supplier and destination
  • We will work to secure the best possible outcome in case of cancellations
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment
  • Planning fees are typically non-refundable

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking travel
  • Review and respond to proposals within 48 hours to secure pricing and availability
  • Ensure valid passports (6+ months validity) and necessary visas
  • Maintain travel insurance coverage
  • Communicate all trip-related matters in writing via email

Limitation of Liability

Alo Travels acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for:

  • Acts of suppliers, including hotels, airlines, and other service providers
  • Travel delays, cancellations, or changes made by suppliers
  • Personal injury, property damage, or loss during travel
  • Force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Alo Travels and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Governing Law
